I was referred to this firm by a friend, I was charged with dwi and needed a lawyer to do my ALS hearing. While this was the first time I had to hire a lawyer and I was skeptical because my past run ins with the law didn’t turn out in my favor with the attorneys I had. Joe fricano was the lawyer I hired but wasn’t able to attend the hearing due to a trial date he had already scheduled prior to the date the DMV assigned me, his partner Rusty Chadwick handled the hearing for him. I must say both these guys kick A$$ and know their stuff. I had a favorable outcome and beat the Als suspension hearing, without this firm behind my back I don’t think I would have won. Amazing law firm and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a lawyer that will fight for you, and only you and not think only about their pocket. If you want the most favorable outcome for your case, call Rusty Chadwick ASAP! I was facing a lot of time for something I did not do. Luckily, I was landed with Rusty Chadwick as my attorney and I will forever be greatful for that. I actually came to Rusty after leaving another practice and as soon as I met with him, I felt so much more confident about my case. I truly feel he fought for me with everything he had, and it showed because the end result was him getting my case dismissed. Even after my case was done, there were some things that needed follow up and he was still there making sure everything was all set. Last year I had to deal with one of the worst things that could ever happen to me, I was pulled over was charged with DWI. A week later I received a letter in the mail from their firm. I met with Joe Fricano and he was willing to work with me financially and was very genuine. Long and short he won the ALS hearing and I was not charged with the DWI!! Go with Chadwick-Fricano-Weber!
